No Refunds: All payments made to Future Fest are non-refundable. This includes one-time purchases, deposits, and subscription fees.
No Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Online orders have a typical processing time of 3-5 days before shipping. Shipping times will vary based on the option you select at checkout.

As of now we currently do not offer gift cards. However, that may change in the future.

Once we've received your return, please allow 7 days for processing. After we've released your refund, it may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
